Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery selected at checkout.

Rush Services:

Rush orders (overnight shipping) placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) prior to 2 PM Eastern Time will ship the same day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders placed after 3PM Eastern Time will ship the following business day, subject to complete verification. Rush orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days do not include weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or US holidays.

Pre-order information:

This is import information, please read in full.

A pre order is an order placed for an item which has not yet been released or is made to order and an allocation for stock is available for purchase. A pre order can also be for items that have sold out quickly and are in high demand. Our pre order items will state that they are pre order on the product details so please read carefully. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre order purchase. Pre order items each state that they are pre order on their individual product details.

When you place your pre order it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. The pre order is paid for so your item/items can be put into production.

Please note that time frames provided are an estimate due to production schedules.

To ensure we keep our prices low and collection current we offer all of our collection as pre order. As we continue to grow more items will be in stock.

Pre-order time frame:

Approximate delivery time of between 2-5 weeks, this DOES NOT take into consideration delays in the ordering process, international shipping delays, production delays or public holiday periods. Though MOST items will only take 2-3 weeks. If you are unsure of how long a product will take to arrive please contact us.

We also take in consideration the amount of orders that we are processing. While our turn around is relatively quick and easy, there can be delays which are out of our control.

In regards to any delays, we understand that this may be frustrating, and we share the frustration. We don't delay orders on purpose, and we want you to have your orders as soon as possible.

Please note : We reserve the right to cancel any order without notice, and alter information at any given time.

We do not currently offer split orders ( sending what is in stock and a pre order placed in the same order ) When you place an order, only one shipping payment is required. If you request to have items available for immediate sending to be posted, an additional postage fee is applicable and only once this payment is made, we will part ship an order.

Please understand that delivery time may vary, depending on where you are.

***Note: Christmas Time Frames: To ensure you receive your Christmas orders before the day, please place your order by 12th November. Any Christmas related purchases ordered after this day may or may not arrive in time.

We will be closed between the 25th of Dec to the 2nd Jan. An additional weeks wait applies to orders during this period.

All of our orders are processed via our website. Upon fulfilling your item, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provided when you made your purchase. Once we receive your items, your parcel is then sent straight away and you will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. Please be sure to check your spam and junk mail to see if there is any information regarding your order. If its been less than 4 weeks and your yet to receive your shipping confirmation, please wait a little longer, as your order has most likely not left us.

Please note: We do not send update emails regarding preorders. We send two emails which are the Order Confirmation email and and email advising that your order has been dispatched.

If there is a product in your order that does not arrive due to supplier errors, we will contact you via email and advise.

Pre-order cancellation:

Cancellation of a pre order is treated as a change of mind condition. If you wish to cancel your order, you will be issued with a store credit or exchange.

This covers website/sales fee's, Paypal/Credit Merchant fee's and reselling fee's which are non refundable to us.

Upon ordering from our pre orders, you are committing to purchase from K&M Glam Alley under the mentioned guidelines and agree to above turn around timeframes and conditions of sale.

You also acknowledge there may be delays with orders and have ordered correct sizing to allow for timeframes.

WE DO NOT REFUND PREORDERS.

If you change your mind, we will issue a store credit for the order or product amount including shipping.

This also applies to late or delayed orders.
