NO REFUNDS. Exchange or store credit only.

We're confident that you're going to love your purchases from K&M GLAM ALLEY LLC, but just in case, we're happy to offer store credit or exchanges.

The following conditions must be met in order to return your merchandise for a exchange or store credit:

Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with tags still attached.

Shoes must be unworn and returned in the original box, with any dust bags included. Damaged or incorrect items will NOT be accepted.

We will process your return within 3-5 days of receipt of your package. Please keep in mind that your package will take a few days to reach us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you receive your package and it is damaged or defective, you must email [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

If any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to deny a exchange or store credit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us and we will be delighted to help you!
